Grimco Acquires Pioneer Supply Co. Inc.

Allows better service to the Northeast and to electrical customers around the US.

Grimco Inc. (St. Louis) announced that it has acquired Pioneer Supply Co. Inc., a distributor of sign supplies, electrical components, rigid substrates and tools for signmakers and screen printers. Pioneer Supply Co. Inc. has three locations — in Cinnaminson, NJ, Pittsburgh and Baltimore.

“This acquisition better positions us to assist our customers in the Northeast and better serve our electrical customers nationwide, said Keith Pittillo, president of Grimco – US Division. Our goal is to continue to provide the excellent industry knowledge, service, and products that have been offered by Pioneer.”
