American Sign Museum Hires New Education Coordinator

Cidaruh Jones, a Cincinnati native, has returned to the city to share sign history and culture with museum guests.

The American Sign Museum (ASM; Cincinnati) has announced Cidaruh Jones as its new education coordinator, according to an email release.

Jones is currently pursuing a master’s degree in art education at Ohio State University where she recently graduated. Born in Cincinnati, she lived in New Hampshire for eight years before returning to Cincinnati. After graduating from college, she is now back in Cincinnati to explore the city’s rich culture and history through the ASM. She has a deep passion for working within different communities to foster improvement using art and art education. Her goals include promoting diversity, community and engagement with the arts — per the release.
