Arlon Inc. (Santa Ana, CA) is announcing the promotion of Phil LaFata to VP of marketing and international sales. He oversees the company’s marketing and customer-service departments, as well as its international-sales team. He previously served as the company’s director of marketing and international sales, and played a key role in launching the company’s banner products and expanding Arlon’s digital-product line.
