Art Display Co. (Capitol Heights, MD), a sign company since 1947, announces its transition into a woman-owned business, according to a press release. In conjunction with this transformative change, the company also unveils its leadership succession plan as Douglas Kilsheimer, the current president, passes on the leadership roles to his children, Casey and Brandon Kilsheimer.

Douglas, who has led the family business since 1993, will transition into the role of chairman of the board. “With unwavering confidence in the company’s future, Douglas has chosen his daughter, Casey, to take on the role of company president, and his son, Brandon, as vice president and treasurer,” reads a portion of the press release. “This succession plan ensures a seamless transition and a continuation of the company’s legacy of excellence.”

“I am beyond excited to take on this new leadership role and build on the foundation established by my father and grandfather,” Casey Kilsheimer is quoted in the release.

The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, coupled with its proven track record of delivering an award-winning product, ensures its continued success in an ever-evolving industry.

“Passing the torch to my kids and witnessing the company continue to grow is a moment of immense pride,” Douglas Kilsheimer is also quoted as stating in the press release. “This milestone positions us to ensure a legacy that will endure for generations to come.”
