Bird-B-Gone Bird Deterrents

Various pest-control solutions available

Published

on

Bird-B-Gone (Mission Viejo, CA) is presenting three new bird- and pest-deterrent systems. Choices include:
• Clear Track, a transparent track system that, when a bird or winged pest makes contact, will receive a slight shock that won’t harm the animal. The transparent, flexible PVC material has an anti-arcing design, and may be powered with a solar or electrical system;
• Super Talon Ultra Net Launcher, a handheld net that can be propelled to capture birds and other pests up to 60 ft. away for later release. The bird-control nets are made from 2-in., mesh material; thicker versions are available for wildlife control;
• and, Bird-Off clear gel, a sticky gel that may be applied to signs, ledges, I-beams and other surfaces where birds congregate. The gel allows birds coming in contact with it to escape, but the texture and smell are designed to repel them and condition them to not return.
