Installers Needed in Arizona

Signs Plus is currently hiring for an Installation position at our Phoenix and/or Prescott Valley, Arizona offices.

Qualifications:

• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues with signs.
• Ability to improvise due to job site conditions.
• Enjoy hands on work and variety of work.
• Professional in demeanor and a true team player.
• Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate well.
• Clean driving record.
• CDL (preferred but not required).
• Ability to weld.

Responsibilities:

• Service and install monument, pylon, channel letters and other types of signage;
• Communicate (verbal and written) all required information such as statues, issues, surveys etc.;
• Ensure all requirements are met on the job site;
• Maintain an organized and complete inventory on truck;
• Continually look for improvements in our service/installation process;
• Lead and train service/installation technician;
• Work collaboratively within a team environment;
• Maintain and operate bucket truck.
