Project Management & Business Coaching by Previous Biz Owner Looking To Get back Into the Industry

I am the previous owner of a small graphics & sign company that I built from $160k in sales to more than $1 million in sales. I sold this in the summer of 2021.

I learned many lessons & skills through this time from building a team to marketing to creating processes to project management of multiple projects simultaneously.

I learned how to deal with vendors and 3rd party installers as we subbed out 90-95% of our installations. I also learned how to communicate and adjust as needed to work with 3rd party fabricators as we subbed out all of our metal letters, cabinets, monument signs, etc.

I have residences in NW IN and western NC. I would prefer position in WNC area if on-site, and am open to remote work for project management.

I am also available for Business Coaching – from finding a niche for your business, maximizing production capabilities, building & developing processes, team building, increasing net profits, creating more free time for owners, etc.
