Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator in the Sign or Construction Industry;
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors;
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors;
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs;
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions;
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, coordinates, and tracks all activities related to the production and installation process to ensure the timely and profitable completion of individual projects;
• Oversees budget and schedule;
• Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards;
• Provide directions to the production and installation departments as well as subcontractors;
• Self-Motivating;
• Ability to manage multi-projects / tasks at one time.
