Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated Exterior and Interior Sign Quality Assurance Specialist who shares our passion for customer service, continuous improvement, and team success. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented, unwilling to overlook problems, and believes in maintaining harmonious relationships. This is a flexible position that can be full-time with additional duties or part time as a consultant in sign quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
-Travel nationwide, as required to oversee subcontractors’ installation of electric sign projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, design specifications, and regulatory requirements. Communicate issues and discrepancies to project managers for timely resolution.
-Periodically, or on request, visit subcontracted sign fabrication shops to inspect production processes and finished sign products. Verify quality standards and design specifications are met.
-Maintain detailed records of site visits, inspections, and quality assurance findings in the form of reports for management, including observations, issues, and recommended action.
-Liaise with subcontractors, project managers, and internal team members to coordinate site visits and inspections.
-Act as a knowledgeable resource on technical and quality assurance matters related to sign projects.
-Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and fabricators to uphold standards and resolve quality-related issues.

Experience & Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
-10+ years fabricating and installing interior and exterior electric and non-electric signs.
Preferred Requirements:
-We would prefer someone with a long career in the sign industry who is interested in taking a step back into part-time consulting.

Location
We will not consider candidates based outside of the Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX area.

Pay & Benefits:
Negotiable, depending upon hours committed and employment type.
