Supervisor/Lead Fabricator/ Installer

We are a Full-Service 74-year old sign company looking to add another talented individual to our team. We produce high quality signs & vehicle graphics. This position requires experience in fabrication and finish work. Using wood, metal, PVC, Sign Foam and Plastics. This position includes going on installations for the finished products which involves installing our signs, raised letters, some electrical signs, channel letters, digging holes, setting footings, climbing ladders, bucket truck/lift usage and some heavy lifting. You will need to have had experience supervising a crew of 3 or more. You will be required to interact with our graphic designers, vinyl installers, our production scheduler & hands on owner on a daily basis.

Additional Talents are a plus for this position:

Sign business, construction trade or like business experience

Vinyl graphics application experience – not required but we will teach

CNC router experience – but not required

Formal up to date resume with references (You must supply this to be considered)
Have reliable transportation
Clean Driving Record
You will need to get your medical card (driving of our DOT vehicles)
Pass or certification test to operate our bucket truck
Proven ability to manage, organize & supervise a crew in a fast paced business

Salary: $29.00 – $39.00 per hour
