We had a sales discovery meeting with a potential new client in our downtown office. The half-hour meeting uncovered lots of great opportunities and she excitedly shook my hand as she opened the door to leave, only to charge back in a few seconds later. “Someone stole my car!” she shrieked. We were as shocked as she was — it had been parked right in front of our building. The security camera footage revealed an even crazier plot twist: Her shiny new Jeep wasn’t stolen; it was repossessed!
