Fastsigns Franchise Receives Double Honors

The Fastsigns franchise (Carrollton, TX) has been honored as a 2013 World-Class Franchise by the Franchise Research Institute (FRI). This marks the second consecutive year to earn the recognition. Additionally, the franchisor was recognized as the Gold winner of the 2013 Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) Award of Excellence in Franchising in the Traditional – Mature Category. Fastsigns was also honored as a recipient of the Franchisees’ Choice designation for the second time.
     The FRI recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by FRI that included 70.6% Fastsigns’ 540 franchisees. Among the responses:
• 94% gave a positive grade to the overall quality of the franchisor.
• 97% responded positively to the initial training provided by the franchisor.
• 96% gave a positive grade to the ongoing training and support supplied by the franchisor.
• 99% gave a positive rating to the overall communication between home office personnel and franchisees.
• 95% responded positively when asked if they would recommend this franchise to a prospective franchisee.

The CFA awards were presented on April 8 during the 22nd annual CFA National Convention in Montréal, QC, Canada.
