  • My favorite recent article was “Should Service Wraps Include Phone or Web Info?” (see ST, January 2025) because it’s an issue I have discussed often with customers that want to include an excessive amount of content on the vehicle graphics/wraps. Sometimes conveying the importance of not overcomplicating the design (detracting from the company name/purpose of the graphics) is difficult and hearing someone else’s take on it was refreshing, and solidified the stance I took on the issue. — Holly Friedman, Nagle Signs Inc., Waterloo, IA
  • Dale Slamacha’s article about the vow to reject outside projects (see ST, February 2025): We all said it was as though they were a fly on our wall. Saying no to projects is hard but necessary to maintain profits and most importantly take care of our core customers. — Dawn Homa, Signarama Brighton, Brighton, CO

Correction Notices

  • The quote in the food truck wrap project described in our February 2025 edition on page 36 was attributed to Sara Geiger, owner of Fox Cities Sign (Appleton, WI). The quote should have been attributed to Kate Grant, the designer on the project. We thank Sara for bringing our attention to this issue.
  • The vehicle wrap project described in our March 2025 edition on page 38 was different from the one shown. The actual project referred to is shown above. We thank Donna Garland, Nesper Sign Advertising (Cedar Rapids, IA), for bringing our attention to this issue.

Topic Requests

  • How to hire good people without harming our bottom line. — Dave Hostios, Trav-Ad Signs, Huntsville, AL
  • Possibly a topic on how the tariffs will impact our business. — Earl Walker, Image360 Tucker, Tucker, GA

New Shirt Needed

  • My first Brain Squad T-shirt has finally seen its better days and ended up in the rag pile. Sure could use another one. Size large. — Terry Elvis, Elvis Signs Graphics Studio, Myrtle Beach, SC
