FDC Graphic Films (South Bend, IN) recognized five employees in the first quarter of 2021 for demonstrating one or more of the company’s five core values.

FDC says its core values are the five most important values by which employees seek to work and live: integrity, kindness, resiliency, engagement and drive for success.

The five employees who were honored are:

  • Jorge Barajas, production associate – engagement
  • Dan Davis, shipping associate – integrity and drive for success
  • Julia Decocker, scheduler – engagement and drive for success
  • Missy Frattini, customer care agent – engagement and drive for success
  • Emily Sharp, production associate – kindness

Each employee received an FDC Core Values Ambassador award certificate signed by CEO Judy Eck.

“Our team, our customers, and the world have faced difficult challenges this past year. These team members demonstrate their commitment to the core values through their actions, which makes me very proud,” Eck said. “Thank you to all of the nominees. It is a pleasure to be surrounded by a team that is passionate about the FDC’s goals and exhibits compassion toward one another every day.”
