Gandinnovations™ (Mississauga, ON, Canada) is introducing two enhanced support programs, JETiWORX and JETI EDGE, to help operators fully understand printer operation and maintenance to avoid production delays and thereby forestall significant downtime.

The company already provides onsite technical support and training during the installation of Jeti printers, but has added the two enhanced maintenance and training programs. The programs include an annual, discounted, full-service maintenance agreement and a two-day preventive maintenance visit, plus unlimited telephone support and a 50% discount on printheads.
