Graphic Components Named Best Place to Work

Triad Business Journal recognizes team members’ values in the workplace.

Graphic Components (Greensboro, NC) announced that the company has recently been named one of the best places to work in 2022 by local news publication Triad Business Journal, according to a release by the company. Graphic Components has been a wholesale-to-sign-companies-only fabricator of ADA & Interior signage since 2006.

The competition for Best Places to Work is determined by the results of a team member survey administered by a third party at the direction of the Journal. Below is a sample of the feedback from the survey from a team member and shared by the company:

“What you read in those generic culture improvement books is not just talked about here. Every word is given action, from owners to part-time help. It is a place to grow, be respected, be accountable, and most importantly to have an immense sense of worth and pride in the work we accomplish together.”
