Graphtec America (Santa Anna, CA) has released its i-DesignR Lite design software that s designed for use with Graphtec’s CraftRobo and Silhouette SD series cutting plotters. The software allows you to create original designs via its various shape and drawing tools; it will also import clipart and bitmap files.

Graphtec’s CraftRobo and Silhouette cutters that are engineered for desktop or on-the-road use. They’re designed for such media as adhesive-back vinyl, cardstock, apparel-heat-transfer and rhinestone stencil materials.

Graphtec said the i-DesignR Lite is designed to produce vinyl signs, stickers and decals from desktop printers, scrapbooking, card and apparel decoration applications, and more. It will also create patterns for rhinestone designs. An in-depth instructional video is included with the software.
