HP (San Jose, CA) is announcing its HP digital-print solution for wallcoverings that, HP says, will help print-service providers “capture more of the growing custom-décor market.” Its solutions comprise such design software as AVA’s (Macclefeild Cheshire, U.K.) cloud-based, design, color-management and RIP software and other wall-decoration media, print and finishing options. HP also offers its HP Designjet L26500 and L28500 Printer series for proofs or short-run printing. For high volume, it offers its HP Scitex LX600 and LX850 industrial printers (accompanied by Fotoba Intl.’s [Quaregna, Italy] automatic panel cutter), which can qualify your products for such environmental certifications as the GREENGUARD Children and Schools Certification ProgrammeSM.
