In Memoriam: Thomas Breihof, SignComp

SignComp founder spearheaded international growth

Thomas Breihof, founder and CEO of SignComp LLC (Grand Rapids, MI and Horsham, England), passed away on September 22, 2016, at the age of 63, due to cancer. Breihof founded SignComp in 1986 following his previous career as a high school and middle school math teacher. During the past three decades, he spearheaded his firm’s growth as an international manufacturer and provider of sign frames, cabinets and raceway extrusions.

Breihof is survived by his wife of 25 years, Tracy Breihof (Branham), and daughter, Nicole DeToro (Christopher). He also is survived by his sister Barbara Kovalak (Judson), brother David Breihof (Kathy), sisters-in-law Shannon Branham (Ted Kamp), Kelly Branham-Schlesinger (Leo), Tara Branham and brothers-in-law Cheyne Branham and Duane Feldpausch, in addition to many cousins, nieces and nephews.
