Inkjet Intl. and Teasley Announce Merger

Inkjet Intl. and E.H. Teasley & Co., both from Dallas, TX, announced their merger, June 11, 2014. Jittu Sarna, founder of Inkjet Intl., has been friends with owner Jeff Teasley for 19 years. Sarna said Inkjet customers will enjoy additional print-service capabilities, including white-ink, high-resolution, flatbed, dye-sublimation and fabric printing in addition to the existing UV and latex-ink, grand-format print services.
       Jeff Teasley will be the CEO of the new company. Sarna has a vested interest in the new company and will stay active at Inkjet for the next few months.
