Lithographix Installs Mitsubishi, Durst Printers

Lithographix Inc. (Hawthorne, CA), a graphic-print provider, has installed a Mitsubishi 40-in., eight-color, sheetfed press, which can print with UV inks, in its sheetfed division. Simultaneously, the company is retrofitting another new, 40-in., eight-color sheetfed presss with the same UV equipment. Also, the grand-format division has added two, new, six-color Durst Rho 800 UV flatbed printers that are 8 ft. wide. They complement the existing, two VUTEk QS 3200 flatbed UV printers. Also, the company installed two, new, Durst Rho 500R superwise (16-ft.) digital UV printers, a 5-meter, roll-to-roll inkjet printer that combines POP quality with billboard speed and versatility. The printers complement the company’s four, existing Vutek 16-ft. printers.
