The International Sign Assn. (ISA) Alexandria, VA, has announced that Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal (Ret.) will deliver the keynote address at ISA’s 2011 Sign Expo, which takes place April 28-30 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and Resort in Las Vegas.

McChrystal, a 1976 West Point graduate, will discuss how modern warfare, business and politics require leaders that can implement change. He was appointed chief of staff for military operations in Afghanistan in 2002, and later assumed command all U.S. and international forces deployed for the Afghanistan conflict in 2009.

Lori Anderson, ISA’s president and CEO, said, “We are thrilled to include Gen. McChrystal as part of Sign Expo 2011. While the majority of educational and networking events will directly relate to the sign industry, Gen. McChrystal will offer valuable insight into leadership during difficult times.”
