We’re going to tackle misapplication of one of our industry’s most common sign components — the metal electrode receptacle.

Over the years, we’ve heard sign folk state, "I hate using that component because it’s nothing but trouble." We’ve witnessed these products used in ways that would test even Gene Roddenberry’s imagination. Hopefully, we can reduce your installation-related return service calls by sharing some tips.
