Wade Swormstedt Signs of the Times January 2016 Issue

N. Glantz & Son (Louisville, KY) is restructuring in the first few months of 2016. A new Leadership Team includes:
The promotion of Michael J. Kelley to President & COO.
The promotion of Greg Maudlin to VP & CFO
The promotion of Teresa Montgomery to VP of Human Resources & Team Development.
The new VP of Operations, Thomas Morrison, and the new VP of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Sourcing, Mark Christie, complete the Leadership Team.
Company owners Joe Hartman and Davey Glantz will no longer have day-to-day operational roles in the business and will transition to the Board of Directors as Co-Chairmen/CEO’s. They will remain intimately involved with the strategic direction of the company, and all major decisions.
The company has been family-owned since its inception in 1906.
