Oracal USA (Jacksonville, FL) has announced the promotion of Randy Mertz to the new position of executive vice president of manufacturing.

He will plan, direct and coordinate the operations at Oracal’s Black Creek manufacturing facility and will report to Oracal USA’s President Ben Philips.

Mertz joined Oracal in 2005 as vice president of finance and materials management. He was previously the corporate controller with the Nuermont Corp. and has 16 years of operations experience. Mertz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida State University.
