9 National Pizza Day is FEBRUARY 9. Let’s just say you know what all of your employees want you to do.

13 “Every FEBRUARY 13, my lady friends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home, and we just come and kick it, breakfast-style.” That quote in a 2010 episode of Parks and Recreation by Amy Poehler’s character Leslie Knope famously introduced everyone to Galentine’s Day. “Ladies celebrating ladies,” Knope said. “It’s like Lilith Fair, minus the angst. Plus frittatas.”

24 On a more serious note, the last Friday of the month, FEBRUARY 24, is International Stand Up to Bullying Day, which is also observed in November, and was inspired several years ago by two Nova Scotia, Canada 12th graders, Travis Price and David Shepherd.

28 International Repetitive Strain Injury Awareness Day is FEBRUARY 28. While carpal tunnel syndrome is probably the best known, it’s important to be cognizant that any type of repetitive movements or overuse of a certain part of the body can lead to this type of injury.
