Permlight Forms Sign-Lighting Division

Michael Keddington, Mike Bremser and Sam Inman III will work within the division.

Jacob Rieskamp Signs of the Times June 2008 Issue

Permlight (Tustin, CA) has hired Michael Keddington as co-CEO, Mike Bremser as chief technology officer and Sam Inman III as executive chairman of the board of directors. The three will work within the newly created Permlight for Signs, a division focused exclusively on the sign-lighting products market.

Keddington joins Fernando Lynch as co-CEO. He has more than 20 years’ experience in executive leadership positions with companies like Symantec, Oracle and Viking Interworks.

Bremser has more than 13 years’ technical experience serving in various divisions of the compound semiconductor industry. He previously worked as a technical reviewer and program auditor for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Solid State Lighting Program.

Inman has served various management positions, including president of the IBM PC Co., COO of Ingram Micro, and chairman and CEO of Centura Software. He has 36 years’ experience in the computer industry.
