Piedmont Plastics, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, NC, has acquired the nearly 60-year-old Plastics Center, Inc. (Exton, PA). Effective January 31, 2014, the Philadelphia-area addition represents Piedmont’s 39th distribution location in North America, serving a multitude of markets with plastic sheet, rod, tube, film and associated products.
