Pro-Lite Inc. (Costa Mesa, CA) is introducing the Digi-Brite™ LED gas-price-changing system, in sizes from 8 to 36 in., that changes prices instantly and wirelessly. The LED price changer, which features Taiwan Opto Electronics red and Cree green LEDs, meets IP52 standards, was designed for -40F to +170° F operations, is UL-listed, and features an aluminum extrusion frame snap/screw. Wireless with 1 million password-protection codes, the system has waterproof connectors, UL Class II industrial power supplies, wrongful DC connection and surge protection. With 16 levels of photo sensors, and a 40° vertical/140° horizontal viewing angle, the product is rated more than 5,000 nits at the brightest level.

The controller has a four-line LCD readout and price-update confirmations. Users can change prices without going outside. Ten days of price history records can be retrieved and seen on the LCD. Up to 12 panels and six different fuels can be programmed, the system self-checks for errors. With a battery/AC operation, the system has a city-approved brightness setting, a RS-232 port, an Ethernet/RJ45 adapter, and is POS compatible.
