Roland DGA Corporation (Irvine, CA) has added orange and red inks to its lineup of GREENGUARD Gold-certified ECO-UV 5 (EUV5) inks available for the company’s VersaUV LEC2 series of roll-to-roll, UV printer/cutters.

The new orange and red options widen the EUV5 color gamut, enabling LEC2-640 and LEC2-330 users to target previously unreachable colors. The EUV5 inks are designed to adhere to a wide range of coated and uncoated media, including foils, paper, clear film and vinyl.

In addition to the new orange and red options, EUV5 inks are available in CMYK, gloss, white and primer. The on-board primer allows for better adhesion, while the gloss ink allows users to incorporate unique textural and dimensional effects into their prints.
