Texas Aardvark slated to be the first company

Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP), a non-profit organization that provides sustainability certification in the graphic-communications industry, announced April 5 that its certification activities have expanded to Australia. SGP offer facilities a sustainability certification based on the three-pillar approach — economic, societal, and environmental — that also incorporates best-management practices for printing facilities.
Texas Aardvark, a textile, screenprinting company located in Sydney, successfully integrated the SGP criteria into its operation. It will be one of the first print facilities to attain Certification in Australia. A dozen other facilities in Australia have also expressed interest in becoming SGP certified.
