IN TIME-HONORED fashion, the 2025 Signs of the Times Sign Contest celebrates the creativity, craft and imagination of signmakers across the US, Canada and beyond through a vast array of forms, from towering illuminated pylons to humble boards and plaques.

We received 167 total entries this year from 55 individual sign companies — the diversity and quality of projects submitted as tip top as ever. Our distinguished panel of judges, whose time and expertise we greatly appreciate, included last year’s contest winners who did not enter this year: Patrick Benasillo (Visual Graphic Systems; Carlstadt, NJ), John Brankin (Tiny Decal; Cary, IL), Jessica Cooke (Jerry’s Signs & Awnings; Abingdon, VA) and Brian Dudzinski (RiNo Sign Works, Denver). Our great thanks to the judges!

This year’s “Best of Show” winner is not a newcomer. Imagination Corp. (Chilliwack, BC, Canada) captured hearts and minds with their first “Best of Show” honors back in 2022, in addition to being among the finalists in 2024. Once again, the Canadian shop brings imagination to life in vivid detail with their “NEB’s Fun World Entry Facade” project, which evokes an old-world village entrance stretching over 100 ft. long at 35 ft. tall.

Congratulations to Imagination Corp. and to all our other winners. We also want to express our deep appreciation to everyone who participated. Thank you!
