Mieke manages work-life balance by practicing a lot of self-care. A nightly practice of meditating before bed helps her unwind. She loves to spend an evening curled up in a chair listening to a podcast or reading a book. On the weekends, Mieke can be found strolling through a farmer’s market with her daughter and grandpuppy. She always has music playing in the house while she reads, crafts, cleans, etc. All of these things keep her grounded and help her relax when work gets a little stressful.
