Sihl (Ostermundigen, Switzerland) has added an interleaf paper to its 3164 Vision Clear Film.

Like the previous version, 3162 Vision Clear Film with Side Stripe, 3164 still consists of a clear polyester base, but now features an acid-free interleaf paper to prevent scratching as the film feeds through the printer. The interleaf also provides aqueous printers with media-sensing systems the needed contrast for print viewing prior to application.

The film was developed for film separations, window graphics, package prototyping and other applications. For more information, visit sihlinc.com.
