5 is National Redhead Day, a chance to celebrate those with the rarest of natural hair colors. Founded a decade ago by two sisters with red hair seeking to turn the tables on “Kick A G—– Day” (derogatory term for redhead omitted), so if you’re a redhead, walk a bit prouder this day, and if you know a redhead, show ’em some love!

10 “Hoo-rah!” for NOVEMBER 10, birth anniversary of the United States Marine Corps. On this day in 1775, just eight months shy of the Declaration of Independence, a new corps was formed following the introduction of the Continental Marine Act. Ever since, the Marines have fought “our nation’s battles, on the land and on the sea,” and so today, we honor them.

20 is National Peanut Butter Fudge Day, and if you like fudge, you might try making some and bringing it into the office. Peanut butter fudge is easier to make than chocolate fudge; it doesn’t involve that special thermometer for melting chocolate.

27 Small Business Saturday is NOVEMBER 27, and presents a great opportunity for sign companies to produce quick temporary SBS-Sale signs for local businesses. In your sales pitch, remind them your company is a small business, too.
