Laminators Inc. (Hatfield, PA) is offering Omega-Bond, a 3mm-thick, solid-core, aluminum-composite panel with a factory-baked, polyester-paint surface that's intended for flatbed printing, POP and handcrafted-sign fabrication.

According to the company, the lightweight, rigid, panels won't bend, warp, swell or delaminate. Omega-Bond can be machined with table saws, routers, jigsaws and standard signshop equipment for jobs that don't require edge sealing.
