Reportedly, a whopping 20% of the world’s fresh-water supply is found in the five Great Lakes. Concerned some "straw and order" might be needed to keep other states and countries from diverting Michigan’s abundant liquid assets, Citizens for Michigan’s Future hired Mark Heckman, Mark Heckman Art (Grand Rapids, MI), to paint this billboard.
