Visitors to New York’s Times Square have been sent to prison. A simulated prison scene atop a Times Square building was designed to advertise the DVD release of HBO’s third season of Oz, a prison-life drama. Created by Atomic Props and Effects (St. Paul, MN) and Levy Lighting (New York City), the eye-catching ad includes a "barbed wire" fence created from painted pipe cleaners.
