Wasatch SoftRIP for HP and Other Printers

Wasatch Computer Technology (Salt Lake) has released support for the new HP Designjet L25500 printer. Drivers for HP’s new latex printer are included in the January release of Wasatch SoftRIP and the Wasatch SoftRIP HP Exclusive Edition, (which comprises all the flagship, SoftRIP features, but designed exclusively for HP printers, including HP’s older, solvent printers).

SoftRIP, suitable for most large-format printers, features a 16-bit color-rendering pipeline; precision, stochastic-screens halftone method; and powerful print controls. It includes features for sophisticated, color management; intuitive direct-to-layout workflows; and automated Smart Nesting, all of which allow users to achieve excellent color and high-quality output.
