Sean has an awesome work-life-balance. Work is his hobby; he loves it. He doesn’t like to sit still at all and enjoys staying active. He has a full gym in his shop, so part of his daily activities and staying healthy is working out every morning — it helps to have a shower in his office. Before and after work with a great group of people, he listens to audiobooks during his commute to better educate himself. Once home he either goes for a long run, then eats dinner with the family or goes right in to eat with them. He made this a priority several years ago. Prior, they were all on different schedules and he hardly saw his wife and kids. Now, literally every night he loves the conversations they have and watching his kids grow into young adults. His daughter actually drew most of the sketches you see on this page. He loves to involve them in whatever project or activity he can, especially if it gives them a chance to be creative.
