Xaar (Cambridge, MA), a developer of inkjet printing technology, has named Graham Tweedale its new chief operating officer. He will report to CEO John Mills.

Graham has held several senior management positions since joining Xaar in 1997. He most recently served as general manager for the printhead business, playing a key role in developing and implementing the company’s latest strategy, including the launch of the ImagineX platform.

Tweedale started with Xaar as a technician in research and development and helped develop its first-generation inkjet printhead products. He then spent five years in Sweden working at the company’s first manufacturing facility before returning to the UK to set up and open the Huntingdon factory in 2007.
