With more than a million OOH media displays evaluated, Carroll Media provides a standard for proof-of-performance and compliance for the outdoor advertising industry in North America. OutdoorAdTrack, which is offered through subscription, monitors various outdoor-advertising creative execution in the top 20 U.S. markets (international markets are also available). CMS photographers add current images to the database daily, and each high-resolution JPEG is labeled with the advertiser, market, medium, location description and photo date.
