Agfa Introduces Three Printers

Agfa Graphics (Elmwood Park, NJ) is introducing its 126-in.-wide, roll-to-roll, Ardeco textile printer for producing soft signage with dye-sublimation inks. The system comprises a calendaring unit and textile-dedicated transport system. It also features your choice of 8- or 12-Ricoh Gen 4 printheads (that produce up to 1,200 dpi) and a finish-cutting system.

Agfa is also introducing its 126-in. wide, UV-cure, roll-to-roll Anapurna M3200 RTR heavy-duty, production printer and its Jeti TitanX UV flatbed. The M3200 features six ink colors (CMYKcm) and up to 1,440-dpi resolution via 12-pL printheads. It also features Agfa’s new Asanti workflow system that’s based on Adobe PDF Print Engine standards; a two-zone vacuum table; and an ionization bar.

The 79 x 122-in., Jeti TitanX UV-cure flatbed (with a flat-to-roll option) produces up to 2,433 sq. ft./hr. and allows you to switch from four to six colors (CMYKcm) on a per-job- basis. It also features include Agfa’s fast-curing Anuvia UV inks.
