Allanson Intl. (Toronto, ON, Canada) is offering Uni-Serve, a line of neon transformers. Four models have secondary voltages of 9 KV or 15 KV and 30 mA. The units weigh 12, 19, 20 and 24 lbs. Input amps are 2.25 on 15-KV models and 2.25 on 9-KV models.

Features include a service button which protects against secondary ground faults; if the unit is tripped and isn’t grounded, the unit will not enter bypass mode. An auto-reset helps prevent nuisance tripping, the company says. The transformers, available in standard, poly-resin fill cases and asphalt-filled enclosed cases, are dimmable and flashable.

The company is also offering a new, EESB, high-output fluorescent ballast for use with 800 mA T12 HO, T8 HO ANSI Standard, T8 long-life and slim-line lamps.
