Argotec (Greenfield, MA) is presenting ArgoGraph®, a two-part, PVC-free, polyurethane graphic film and overlaminate facestock. AgroGraph White is sold in 62-in.-wide rolls, and is extrusion-coated onto a glossy, PET carrier that allows the film to be wound and unwound without processing agents. According to the company, the film contains consistent surface tension and allows high yield. After it’s coated, the material may be paired with matte, texture or paper film-release liners. ArgoGraph Clear, the polyurethane topcoat, provides abrasion and UV resistance, and doesn’t contain plasticizers that cause a brittle surface or compromise the adhesive.
