Arizona Signarama Shop Offering Grants to Nonprofits

A Signarama shop in Chandler, AZ is accepting submissions for grants that will be awarded to local nonprofits and charities through its annual Signs of Hope program, the SanTan Sun News writes.

Through the program, grants are provided to local organizations to use for signage for facilities, events and fundraisers, and other types of identification signage (i.e. monument, wayfinding, etc.). According to Signarama Chandler’s website, organizations applying for 2022 grants are encouraged to consider their level of need before applying, as funds are limited and the shop hopes to “provide help to those with the greatest need and most powerful impact.” Applications are due by Dec. 17, 2021.

The article says Signarama Chandler has given $350,000 in grants since the program began in 2011.

“Our Signs of Hope program is one of my favorite things,” CEO/owner Allison Kast-Eichenberg told the outlet. “Every year I am inspired and grateful for the amazing people and organizations we have the privilege to partner with through our grant program.”

The 2021 grant recipients were AFS Arizona, Aid to Women Center, American Diabetes Association, Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Chandler International Film Festival, Child Crisis Arizona, Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation – Southwest Chapter, East Valley Veterans Parade, Exchange Club of Chandler – Wreaths Across America and Exchange Club of Chandler – Field of Hope.
