Avery Dennison Graphics and Reflective-Products Div. (Painesville, OH) is announcing Avery 900 Supercast opaque films. The cast material features high conformability and lay-flat characteristics over deep channels, complex curves and rivets without primer. Recommended for fleet graphics, wraps and 3-D, architectural signage, the 2.1-mil, glossy film offers 10- to 12-year durability. Avery offers several adhesive options – permanent, high-tack or permanent, long-term adhesives. The media’s Easy Apply air-egress technology reportedly helps eliminate wrinkles and bubbles and decreases vehicle-wrap and decal installation time.

The materials readily cuts and weeds for drum or flatbed processing, and includes an 83-lb., kraft release liner for cut graphics, with a smooth underside that retains film gloss.
