AXYZ Automation Group Introduces PANELBuilder CNC Router

AXYZ Automation Group (Burlington, ON, Canada) recently introduced the newly designed PANELBuilder CNC router. The PANELBuilder processes an array of materials, such as aluminum and metal composite material, high-pressure laminates and fibre cement board sheets.

Integrated with the redesigned PANELBuilder solution is the new PANELTracker Management System, which, according to AXYZ, is outfitted with the Automated Label Printer, the printer quickly labels and identifies individual panels as they are machined by printing 1D or 2D Data Matrix Codes, as well as standard text, directly on the material. Combined with the Cordless Barcode Reader, AXYZ stated, PANELTracker enables tracking and scanning of individual panels as they travel through the fabrication process and are shipped out for installation.
