Canon (Chicago) is presenting its imagePROGRAF iPF8400S and iPF6400S large-format printers that feature proprietary, print-management and color-control systems. Canon says the printer software will successfully manage high-volume, print operations across multiple locations and environments. Designed for operations that receive frequent, large-quantity requests that require production and color consistency, the printers also feature enhanced, multi-sensor printhead technology and other sophisticated technologies that, via a color-calibration management console and media-configuration tools, provide color stability, quality print performance and increased speed and productivity.
