Colex (Paramus, NJ), the exclusive North American distributor for Fotoba cutters, is unveiling the Fotoba Dreamcut XLD-170 67-in.-wide, automatic cutter that’s designed to trim flexible inkjet and photo media. The equipment cuts material up to 35 mils thick, and processes a 150-ft.-long media roll in 15 minutes.

The Dreamcut offers automatic feed alignment, which will produce square-finished images even if the printer fails to print parallel to the media’s edge, or if the printer fails to squarely wind up the rolls.
